What's absurd is Servite was the 5th place team in there league and lost by 1 point to 1st place LBP.
What's more absurd is Servite would be heavily favored against any team in the central section.

Bonnie-Norco game went 3 over times

As a Servite Alumni - I have to agree with you on that  8)

Former CW coach Jim Hartigan is at JSerra in San Juan Capistrano. They finished the regular season at 9-2. Their only loss of the season was against St. John Bosco. They beat Santiago(Corona) last night 55-16. They play Bishop Amat in the PAC 5 quarterfinals next week & would face the Mater Dei/Centennial(Corona) winner in the semis. They beat Mater Dei during Trinity League play 17-10. This is easily their best season in the school's 12 year history. I think Hartigan has a lot to do with that. He's also the athletic director at the school. He was also the first head football coach at Santa Margarita. He's only had two losing seasons in 25 years as a head coach.

Division IV Junkie

Doesn't St. Bonnie know that 70 points isn't enough?  Offense needs to pick it up :)-

Can't believe 70 points can't win you a game.  D coordinators need to re-evaulate their preparation

Their only loss of the season was against St. John Bosco? Wait, their record is 9-2 isn't it? Let's do the math shall we.

CW mistake is understandable, that's why no one but you has corrected him.
Kinda like you posting BHS was going to thump Liberty.

When you are a football god, losses only count as half.  Someday, maybe a guy like Golla can achieve greatness.

Someday....

I mistyped. They finished the season at 9-1 & are now 10-1 after their first playoff win. Hey Phats who won the D1 Championship in 2012. I'll give you a hint, they're not from Kern County.

What's the deal with Troy Thomas leaving Servite & going to Crespi?

Troy is a Celt.  The Friars had their fill of Troy's brand of hard nosed, ass kicking football.  Crespi was happy  to welcome him home and let him clean house after the Jon Mack debacle. Now Crespi is 9-1 and playing LBP in the second round, and Servite is home wishing they would have kept Troy.

This is similar to what I had heard.
