Big 12 and Pac 12 expansion

With the Big 12 looking to add as many as four programs who should Pac 12 go for?

Boise St
Fresno St
Wyoming
Colorado St
Utah St
New Mexico
Tulsa
Nevada
UNLV
San Diego St
???

Fresno would just be the beat up team in the Pac 12, so think they would be eliminated from discussion....SD State would probably be logical due to its location and market. One of the Nevada schools, picking the one with the biggest market value.

Boise and Houston are my two picks to join the Big 12, leaving little for the PAC 12 to expand with, if we are limiting geographically. SD State would be the only plausible case, however they wouldn't necessarily make the PAC 12 any stronger. Also, they would probably want to add 2 teams. My best solution would be to take SD State and steal Texas Tech from the big 12, and have the BIG 12 pick up 3 teams in Boise, Houston, and BYU.
