Posting Guidlines

Since this is a forum for both Boys and girls Track & Field and Cross-Country, there is a simple rule to follow when posting. 

When discussing a gender specific topic, e.g. Boys fastest 100m times, the thread title will start with the gender, followed by a colon and then the thread subject.  For example, when posting about boys track, the thread title should look like this:

Boys: Fastest 100m times.

This will help direct traffic to specified content and ease the user experience.  If you have an questions or comments, please, leave them below.  Thank you.
