Just based on these early season scores the TRAC & D1 are going to be a battle. There isn't on team clearly ahead of the rest like there have been in years past. My top 3 right now have to be Buchanan, Centennial & Clovis West. It's not really a suprise Clovis isn't as good as the last two years. I
could see Central or Clovis East finishing ahead of Clovis North.

Final

Buchanan 11, Pleasant Grove 7

Clovis 13 (I think), Bakersfield 0

Clovis North 18, Enochs 2

CWClassof2007

Stockdale 5 Clovis West 4 in 9 innings

Buchanan finishes 3-0 on the weekend. Clovis, Clovis North & Clovis West finish 1-2. Clovis East was 1-1 before their game against Merced today. I haven't seen a score on that one. Not a good weekend overall for the TRAC. SWYL looks better this year. Not suprising though. Clovis lost a lot of talent. Clovis North is very young. Clovis West is a year or two away from being really good. I could see Clovis East & Central making some noise with Waer & Prieto taking over at those schools.

CWClassof2007

Clovis East beat Merced 6-3 to finish 2-1 on the weekend.

I would still take the TRAC over the SWYL this year. At the end of this season, give me Buchanan, CW, and Clovis over any of the SWYL.
