Golden West Strongman Challenge

On Saturday, April 18, Golden West High School will be hosting a weightlifting competition.  The event will take place in the Golden West weightroom and mini gym.  Weigh-ins will begin at 8:00 AM with a starting time of 9:00 AM.  Cost is $10 per athlete.  There will be 10 weight divisions plus an additional division for alumni.  Athletes will compete 3 lifts: Bench, Squat, and Power Clean.   If interested, please contact Paul Preheim at 730-7801 for more details and/or questions.
