I know we had many, MANY discussions on this topic from 2012 to 2013 concerning the bankruptcy of Hostess Brands. 

Just a review - Hostess Brands went into bankruptcy with $1.049Billion in debt, which was owed to about 30 debtors, but the largest debt being the Union Pension Plan, which was owed $970MM for funding, which was the cloud hanging over the company for the previous 10 years.

Upon bankruptcy reorganization, the company was acquired and reopened, successfully, on a much smaller, much more EFFICIENT scale.   However, those efficiencies still dont seem to be good enough.

Still fascinates me when the news articles quote shock and misunderstanding from the hourly workforce, saying  GOSH, we were working hard, i dont understand.
