Curious to get everyone's opinion on some of these topics.   I didn't want to go with worsts because I just wanted to highlight coaches, and programs that work so hard.  Not sure the best way to break it down but maybe big schools Division 1-3 Small schools lower than Division 3.

My favorite part of the offseason is seeing which new head coaches have been able to lure coaches from other schools, (sometimes with false promises) but I digress.  Who are some of the top coaching staffs that have been put together for the upcoming 2020 season?  I always find it interesting to see coaches who are on their 4th school in 4 years.  Whatever that reason may be.

I was looking at a couple of different leagues and was wondering if, how and when they re-align leagues?  The CMAC has teams ranging from D-1 to D-4 and that just seems silly to me.  Why not combine the Fresno area teams that are d-1 and D-2 to make a 10 team league and split it up into 2 divisions.  They should combine d-2 and d-3.  There is only like 10 teams in D-2.  I think that is ridiculous.  any thoughts?
