...is threatening to run as a third part candidate if he doesn't get the rep nomination. We are never going to have another republican president if these idiots do not quit splitting the vote...

Trump is certainly stirring things up.....about time someone did that to the Repubs.....may not vote for Donald but certainly enjoying watching him kick the establishment Repubs right between the legs....sick of career politicians from both side of the isle....maybe it's time we put someone in the WH who isn't a life long politician....couldn't be any worse than what we've had for the last couple of decades.....

I'm with you. Trump is def make my them squirm...I like that a lot! What I don't like is, if he doesn't get the nomination, for him to run as a third party candidate and split the vote on the right. Of course, Trump is a negotiator...maybe this is the beginning of negotiations...

Here's the difference and why he can speak his mind, HE's Nobodies BOY ? He is a self made man who has the income to defend himself in any court in the nation and the ability to hire the quality of security that can defend him against threat.

That's a great place to be and speak the truth... as well as your mind on things of injustices ... He will be the most Patriotic leader this country will have seen in a long long time ... maybe since Truman...

He's a buffoon.... and a walking stereotype of most everything that is wrong with this party....  you can talk about being an outsider, but at the end of the day, he isn't .... no one gets to his level of wealth and notoriety  without being a politician; the only difference is he's never been elected.......

Not disagreeing with you and most especially agree on the Latino vote and the Repubs....however, Trump has the money to get himself on the ballot and is leading in the polls, though that can change within a couple of days as we all know.  Not sure he is a buffoon as you don't get the kind of wealth he has generated without having something on the ball....he's full of himself, no doubt, but that has served him well in the long run....all I know is he couldn't do any worse than the Ivy League professional politicians have been doing and he's not afraid to call them to the carpet....maybe that's the kick in the ass this country needs....going to be interesting to watch....

Where do you guys get "self-made man"???

Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is an American business magnate, investor,[10] television personality, and author. He is the chairman and president of The Trump Organization and the founder of Trump Entertainment Resorts.[1] Trump's lifestyle and outspoken manner, as well as his books and his media appearances, have made him an American celebrity. He hosted The Apprentice,[2] a US TV show.

Trump is a son of Fred Trump, a New York City real estate developer.[11] Donald Trump worked for his father's firm, Elizabeth Trump & Son, while attending the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and, in 1968, officially joined the company.[12] He was given control of the company in 1971, renaming it The Trump Organization.[13][14] Trump remains a major figure in the real estate industry in the United States and a media celebrity.[15]

In 2010, Trump expressed an interest in becoming a candidate for President of the United States in the 2012 election,[16][17] but in May 2011, he announced he would not run.[18] He was a featured speaker at the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC),[19] and, in the same year, began researching a possible presidential bid in the 2016 election.[20][21] On June 16, 2015 at Trump Tower in Manhattan, Trump formally announced his candidacy for President of the United States in the 2016 election, seeking the nomination of the Republican Party.[22][23]

Who said he was a self-made man?  Just ran through the posts and don't see that any where....maybe I missed it.

However, Trump has been an extremely successful businessman....hope you aren't trying to deny that....he has taken an inheritance of somewhere between $40-200 million (no small amount) and turned in into a $10 billion plus business enterprise....that didn't happen by him sitting back and living off daddy's money.....self-made is relative, but Trump is no Hampton's style trust fund kid....

First... one thing Diesel is missing is that when he took over his Dad's company he was only 25 ... and those estate values weren't until his dad's death in 1999.... so how much of the growth in his dad's estate was directly a result of Donald Trump's management?

Second...  and you all know how much I love this stuff.... in 1999 there was only a $650,000 estate tax exemption per person with an unlimited spousal exclusion ... proper planning would have dictated that only $650,000 was left in Fred's estate (so that no taxes were paid) and all the remaining $300,000,000 went tax free to his wife....  but, uh oh, she died the very next year, which is really bad planning...  so her taxable estate would have been about $299,500,000... at a rate of 55%... so after taxes about $135,000,000.... Donald is one of 5 kids (one brother predeceased his parents, but he was married and that branch was presumably still taken care of).... so Donald's share was probably closer to $27,000,000 ....  nothing to sneeze at but I personally know many people in this valley alone who have inherited a whole lot more and done a whole lot less

Tomorrow! It's going to be the best debate I've ever watched. Can't wait to see Trump in action.
He said on O'Reilly that he's building a wall...and Mexico is going to pay for it...OReilly asked how he would convince Mexico to do that...Trump: I'm going to tell them to.
His confidence is amazing lol

Great point.  Donald delegates responsibility very well in his business ventures, while ultimately maintaining final say.  He does not play by the "unwritten" political rules and the reality is that the Republican party needs to get a little bit "dirty" in order to break the Democratic stranglehold that has choked this country the past 8 years.
