Frontier @ Highland- Why is this even a game week 9???
Wasco @ Delano- Delano with probably one of the worst losses of the year to chavez.. Wasco is on a mission to give Shafter a run for league. This game is over in 2nd quarter.
garces @ Liberty- Just because I want to see liberty fall hard.
Shafter @ Chavez - Shafter is in driver seat of SSL. they'll roll and look to come out healthy for next weeks showdown for SSL title.
Taft @ Kennedy- The kennedy team I watched was defeated from the first play vs Shafter. Doesn't get much easier in terms of getting back on the winning side.
North @ South-South is bad.

well wouldnt it be 4-6 since you play 10 games in the regular season. Then he can also argue he has a tough as schedule and didnt play down like the Clovis schools North who will be 5-5, BHS Bears will be 6-4, Clovis East will be 6-4

Yes sorry, 4-6.
Regardless of playing up or down, you are Liberty and have a historically bad season. No reason to go to playoffs.

But they will because CIF has to force two 8 team brackets to be full because of incompetence .

This is a bit of the 'telephone game' mind you, but what I've heard through coaching circles is that John L* personally walked into the locker room at halftime and said this was the most embarrassing Garces team he's been witness to.  He wasn't referring to the athletic performance, but rather to the behavior and attitude of several players and some of the staff. I assume Furgeson, the OC, knew the comment was directed at him, because from what I hear, Furgeson went off about the Garces admin, MFing them to John L.  It's my understanding that Furgeson was escorted off premises by Garces staff.

Again, all rumors at this point, but it is unfortunately believable given Furgeson's departure from Frontier last year.

*For those unfamiliar with south valley football, John L. Fanucchi was a longtime HC of Garces football, and is still involved in day to day activity with Garces and it's feeder school.

Did it get physical? I heard police were called to escort off the premises. Again, this is word of mouth myself.

Either way, two programs in two years for Ferguson where he seems to be an issue on staff. Not good.
