After 6 long months of meetings and preparing ourselves for the Board of Trustees Mtg.set for March 13th. It's official. The football field will be named after two men who put A LOT OF TIME  Into the student athletes of Orosi High School. One who spearheaded the building of the stadium back in the late 60's. And the other who coached from 1965-1997- 2003 and 2004 seasons.The naming of the football field will be,"George Millhorn Stadium, Ed Coats Field". The committee will be meeting again to start networking this dedication. We will be rebuilding the Press Box with George Millhorn Stadium on it. And attaching a beautiful new  sign underneath the existing score board  For Ed Coats. This event is set for June. Exact date will be posted along with our menu of options for the evening.A golf tournament at Ridge Creek in Dinuba is in the works.  Another exciting thing is we gathered up old Super 8 ,16. and 35 mm film from the late 60s and 70s. We are in the process of converting them to a high light film to be shown  at the day of the  dedication.Guest speakers are almost complete. A sit down dinner will be served in the stadium as well.
