In 2015 there will be state championships for swimming & diving. They will be held at Clovis West in 2015, 2016 & 2017. This will be the 4th state championship event hosted within the Central Section. Wrestling has been in Bakersfield, track & field has been at Veteran's Memorial Stadium in Clovis & cross country has been at Woodward Park in Fresno. It's fitting that CW hosts since they hold the state record for consecutive section team championships in swimming & diving.

The Clovis West girl's extended their state record of consecutive section titles to 19. The CW boys finished 2nd to Clovis ending their steak of 16 straight years. State championships are next weekend at Clovis West.
